Unlock New Opportunities for Your Landlord Clients: Partner with Larimer County Housing Partners! What We Do  Housing Partners of Larimer collaborates with property owners to support stable housing for individuals and families referred through local service agencies. 

Our key benefits include: Financial Support:  We offer signing bonuses to landlords who accept alternate screening criteria, as well as provide access to a damage and vacancy loss fund that can reimburse owners up to $3,500 per unit leased through our program. 

Dedicated Assistance: Liaison staff are available to assist with tenant placement, coordinate with case managers, and address any concerns that may arise during the tenancy. 

Free Listing Service! There is no added time commitment to join - our goal is to facilitate a smooth rental experience for both landlords and tenants, contributing to long-term housing stability.
