DESCRIPTION:The Fort Collins Board of REALTORS hosts an annual fundraising Bowl-A-Thon to help one of our members who is in immediate need of financial assistance. This year\, the Bowl-A-Thon recipient is Jeremey Houlton! This year\, the Bowl-A-Thon Committee has chosen to support Jeremey Houlton.On September 12\, 2025\, at age 47\, Jeremey suffered a massive stroke that destroyed two-thirds of the right side of his brain and left him with significant paralysis. He spent two months in the hospital and has faced a long\, difficult recovery.Before the stroke\, Jeremey and his wife\, Amy\, ran their real estate business together. Overnight\, Amy became his full-time caregiver while trying to keep their business and family going. As a self‑employed family without a safety net\, months without closings and ongoing medical expenses have created tremendous financial strain.Despite everything\, the Houltons remain known for their faith\, resilience\, and gratitude. They continue to face each day with hope and a desire to encourage others in hard seasons.Our goal is to raise $25\,000 from our membership and with the help of our community.
