Before property management, Gabe spent more than a decade leading high-stakes communications and change management for federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Energy, Department of Labor, FDA, USDA, and USAID. He directed strategies reaching over 100,000 employees and built governance and readiness programs for some of the largest IT modernization efforts in the federal government. That discipline now drives how Keyrenter runs: clear systems, accountable service, and results owners can measure.
For Realtors, Gabe is a referral partner who protects the relationship. When a client needs a property managed rather than sold, Keyrenter handles the management and sends the client back when they are ready to transact.
