Creating Homeownership in Colorado (2CE's)

Description

“Creating Homeownership in Colorado” is a two-hour CE course designed to help real estate professionals understand CHFA’s mortgage loan programs and how to use them to support their customers with affordable homeownership options. This course covers CHFA’s mission, loan programs, borrower eligibility requirements, down payment assistance options, and tools real estate professionals can use to help guide their customers successfully.

Upon completion of this course, licensed Colorado real estate brokers will receive a certificate granting two Continuing Education (CE) credit.
