Are metro districts helping or hurting your buyers? Do you really understand how they work?

Metro districts are an increasingly important part of Colorado real estate, yet they remain one of the most misunderstood topics among homebuyers—and even experienced REALTORS®!

Join us for an informative and practical class featuring guest speaker Kristi Pollard, Executive Director of the Metro District Education Coalition (MDEC), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to education, transparency, accountability, and best practices in Colorado's metro districts.

Whether you're a new agent building your knowledge or a seasoned professional looking to sharpen your expertise, this class will help you confidently navigate metro district questions and better serve your buyers and sellers.
