Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing

This class meets the NAR Fair Housing training requirement.

NAR now requires both Ethics and Fair Housing education every three years. 

We are currently in Cycle 8, which runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027

Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking to they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds. 

Registration will be from 9:00AM - 9:30AM

Program will be from 9:30AM - 12:30PM

Raffle / Networking 12:30pm - 1:30pm
