About Chris -

Chris Hardy has spent the bulk of his 20+ years as a REALTOR training, coaching, and managing real estate professionals while also actively listing and selling real estate across Northern Colorado.

He is currently a Broker Owner & Partner with Elevations Real Estate, an independent firm of 20 broker/partners in Fort Collins, Colorado.

He has served on the IRES Regional MLS Board of Managers, past terms on the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS, as a state director and division chair for Risk and Legal at the Colorado Association of REALTORS, and currently sits on the Professional Standards committee for the state periodically chairing Pro-Standards Hearings as well as a member of the CAR Regulatory Policy Committee.
