I am a Northern Colorado native. I grew up in Greeley, graduated from Loveland High School and I have lived most of my adult life in Fort Collins. I am a mother of 4 and grandma to 3 sweet little boys. My sons graduated from Fossil Ridge High School and my daughters attend Wellington High School. As you can gather, my family is well-rooted in the NOCO area.

I have been in Real Estate since 2015, with 300+ homes sold.

Previous to real estate I had over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in which I supported upper management in a corporate environment. Because of that career, I have vast experience in facilitating contracts, working with clients and vendors, and an extensive background in accounting. All of these skills have made me the personable, organized, detail oriented Real Estate Specialist I am today.

My market niche is residential homes of all sizes and at all price points. I work with Buyers and Sellers.

My focus is on helping my Buyers find the best home for their current needs. I am dedicated to educating my Buyer on the current market while providing every detail on their homes of interest to help my buyer choose the best home at the best price. I am well versed in negotiating a strong offer in our ever changing market and creating a relationship with the other parties to ensure a smooth transaction.

Because I have worked with so many Buyers, I feel that I have insights on the market to give Sellers an upper hand. I have a pulse on the local market and know each neighborhood and their home values. I know what Buyers are looking for in homes and what sells a home. I have referral contacts for top-rated mortgage brokers, inspectors and title companies that facilitate my successful closings. I also have a full list of vendors for any repairs you may need pre and post-closing.
