As a lifelong real estate enthusiast and proud Northern Colorado community member, I lead with curiosity to understand what matters most to you in your buying, selling, or property development journey. In 2026, I retired from a 30-year healthcare career in which I obsessively worked to improve the health, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes of the patients that I served. Each customer was at the center of the business objectives we were trying to accomplish, and I bring that same approach to real estate. 

My journey in real estate began in my early days after graduating from college. Through scratching and saving and taking calculated risks, the purchase and development of properties helped our family create a loving home and a meaningful small real estate portfolio that has added financial stability and an outlet for projects and creativity over the past three decades.

Since settling in Fort Collins in 2003, my family has built deep roots in this incredible community, raising our kids here, staying active in local sports and outdoor life, and investing in the neighborhoods and interest groups that make Northern Colorado special. That connection fuels my relationship‑first approach: I lead with curiosity, listen intently, and craft strategies aligned with your goals before ever talking tactics.
